Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for Faizatech Webflow Designer apps sold as software subscriptions with license-key fulfillment through Lemon Squeezy.

14-day refund window

For app subscriptions that do not include a free trial, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue in good faith.

Trials & non-refundable purchases

Products sold with a trial period are non-refundable after the trial ends. Promotional or discounted purchases may be marked non-refundable at checkout.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future renewals through Lemon Squeezy before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not offered except where required by law or covered by the 14-day window above.

How to request a refund

  1. Email faizatechofficial@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order email and license details.
  2. We will review your request within two business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
