Welcome to Faizatech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of our Webflow Designer applications. By accessing our website or using our software, you agree to these Terms.
Software & licenses
Faizatech sells Webflow Designer applications delivered as software with license-key activation. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). When you buy a subscription, you receive a license key to activate the app inside Webflow.
Your license grants you the right to use the software according to the plan purchased. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to paid features may be disabled until you renew.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or share license keys except as permitted by your plan. You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services we integrate with.
Payments & billing
Prices, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown at checkout on Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the billing portal provided by Lemon Squeezy.
Intellectual property
Faizatech retains all rights in our software, branding, documentation, and website content. You receive a limited license to use the apps as described above; no ownership of our intellectual property is transferred to you.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Our software and website are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Faizatech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
