Who we are

This website and the applications described on it are operated by Faizatech, a sole proprietorship registered in Bangladesh ("Faizatech", "we", "us", "our").

Software & licenses

Faizatech sells Webflow applications as software subscriptions. Most apps are delivered with license-key activation: after checkout you receive a license key by email and activate the app inside the Webflow Designer. Some apps, including FormRelay and MemberFlow, are subscribed per Webflow site and are managed from your Faizatech account instead of a license key.

Your subscription grants you the right to use the software according to the plan purchased. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to paid features may be disabled until you renew.

Payments, merchant of record & billing

We sell our applications through Paddle, our external merchant of record. It is the seller of record for your order: it takes payment, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Faizatech does not store or process your card details.

• Paddle is the merchant of record for FormRelay, HTMLtoWF, AI Chatbot, AI SEO Boost, MemberFlow, Flowcode and Multistep Form.

We are consolidating onto a single merchant of record. If the merchant for an app changes, existing subscriptions continue on their current terms until they are migrated, and you will be notified before anything about your billing changes.

Prices, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the billing portal linked in your receipt or from your Faizatech account.

Some apps on this site are marked "coming soon". Their pricing is published so you can plan, but they cannot be purchased yet and the prices shown for them are indicative until checkout opens.

Payments you collect from your own users

MemberFlow lets you charge your own site members. Those payments run entirely on your own Stripe account: you connect your own Stripe API keys, Stripe bills your members directly, and the funds settle to you. Faizatech is not a payment processor, does not act as merchant of record for your members, and never receives, holds, or routes your members' money.

You are responsible for your own Stripe agreement, for the terms and refund policy you offer your members, and for any tax obligations arising from what you sell to them.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or share license keys or subscriptions except as permitted by your plan. You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services we integrate with.

Intellectual property

Faizatech retains all rights in our software, branding, documentation, and website content. You receive a limited license to use the apps as described above; no ownership of our intellectual property is transferred to you.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our software and website are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Faizatech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer protections that apply to you where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
